I started the internship at ASO Mechatronics Joint Stock Company (www.aso.com.vn) from June, 2022 to Aug, 2022. I have received lectures on designing and manufacturing medium voltage soft starters, low voltage starters for high-power motors. I participated in training programs to enhance your technical skills and keep up with new products and updates. I assisted customers with technical issues, inquiries, and concerns. This could involve responding to emails, phone calls, or online chats.
Beside that, I was assigned to create and maintain technical documentation, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles, to help customers find answers to common issues.
