During my internship at GCT Global Technology Solution Joint Stock Corporation (www.gct.com.vn), I acquired numerous valuable and practical skills. I have learnt and worked with various hardware and software systems; Assisted in troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to end-users.
Documenting and reporting on IT-related tasks and issues is one of my tasks while interning. The thing I like is that I can keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and participate in training programs and educational activities to enhance technical skills. I hope that the knowledge and experience gained during the internship will help me acquire and engage with the subjects and work at the university I have applied to.
